Dr. Jurina E. Smida
Dr. Jurina Smida is a part of a new tradition of dental comfort and care in Petaluma California. Dr. Smida received her D.M.D. degree in 1975 from Komesky School of Dentistry and her D.D.S. degree in 1990 from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She has dedicated her professional career to providing you with exceptional, quality dental care. Dr. Smida is continually educating herself and her practice on current dental techniques and approaches, in order to offer you comfortable, personalized, and antiseptic care.

Dr. Smida has completed continuing education courses in Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry and Occlusion-based Diagnosis. She is also a member of the Academy of Cosmetic and Adhesive Dentistry, American Dental Society of Europe, the Restorative and Adhesive Dentistry Study Group, Member American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Redwood Empire Dental Society. 

Dr. Smida enjoys snow skiing and traveling on her time off.

 

Dr. Branko Smida
Dr. Branko Smida is Dr. Jurina Smida's younger son. He earned his dental degree from the University of Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. After graduating from dental school, he decided to move to Jacksonville Florida for a year, where he completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry with an emphasis in Implant Dentistry.  Dr. Branko enjoys camping, playing golf, mountain biking and other outdoor activites.

Cindy Vaccaro-Cortese, Registered Dental Assistant
Cindy has been working in the dental field for over 10 years. She loves her job and enjoys working with people. Cindy and her husband Tony have three wonderful kids. Tony Jr., Ashton and Brianna. They live in Santa Rosa and enjoy dirtbike riding, swimming, other outdoor activities, and just spending time together as a family.
